KELLER, Harry Lee

Harry Lee Keller, 81 of 306 S Grace Ave died at 7:34 p.m. Sunday in Culver Hospital where he had been a patient for a week.

He was born June 13, 1888 near Deer's Mill, a son of William F. and Mahalia Dowden Keller. In April 1909 he was married to Bessie A. Bowman who preceded him in death in April 1969.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald L. of Crawfordsville and Morris C. of Dallas; two brothers, Howard of Danville, Ark and Aaron of Logansport; a sister, Mrs. Effie Simms of Hillsboro, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.  

He attended rural schools near Alamo and was a member of Youngs Chapel Church new Crawfordsville. Before his retirement he farmed on Rt 6 north of Crawfordsville.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Servies-Thomas Funeral Home, with Rev. WS Muir officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday - kbz
